5 New Workouts Each Week
You can decide what types of workouts you want:
1) workouts that only require dumbbells
2) If you want to be able to use more equipment at your gym (ex Leg press, cable fly machine, barbell squats) - I can mix those in also.
- Both types of workouts are effective. They are non-stop consisting of supersets, circuits, bodyweight exercises, dumbbell. If you are familiar with barbell workouts (clean & press etc., just let me know I will give you some of those workouts also.
Fat Loss Diets For The Entire 8 Weeks
Clean ...but Flexible Diets:
What I mean by Flexible is: I will give you really clean diets and then you can:
1) follow them as written
2) Look over the diets and tell me what foods you would like for me to substitute ... and I will do my best to do it within the guidelines of the diet.
Diet is the KEY to fat loss. I'm known for fat loss diets that are very clean. many women like eating this way... but you don't have to all the time! I think many women fear having to be perfect! You don't have to be anywhere near perfect lose as much weight as you like.
Training At Stokes Fitness
You don't Have To Be A Member but You Are Still Welcome To Come And Train
24 Classes Per Week!
You don't have to train at Stokes Fitness to take part in this challenge... but if you are not a member you can still come as much as you like during the 8 weeks. We have 24 classes per week for you to choose from.. and that doesn't include the advanced classes on the weekends.
Stokes Fitness is known for tough workouts.. but a very important aspect of our training is that it is scalable... in other words it can be changed for each individual and still be effective.
- Each program takes a few days to put together depending on what type of workouts you want and diet requirements. The great thing is that you will always have access to the workouts and videos from your program. The workouts are downloadable and so are the videos... but you won't need to download the videos because you will always have access to them and the workouts forever!
The price of this Transformation Program is $119. I often charge much more for online training because the time commitment is large for this type of program but this is a little different situation.

- As you may be able to tell from this website that I am opening a new, bigger gym with much more variety. The gym will include programs for all women from Young female athletes who are looking to improve their sports performance to the grand mother who just wants to stay strong and be able to keep up with her grand kids... and we have programs from every one in between. My gym is based on a system I came up with years ago (www.StokesCardio.com) for fat loss and muscle retention. This combination leads to a "toner" more athletic looking body. Since then it has been proven by science to be the best way to lose weight and keep muscle. As far as the fat loss programs are concerned... they will be based on this philosophy. My goal with this Transformation Program is to show how effective this training method is.
