For the Female Student Athlete
A Much Needed Program
Excell is a program to help young female athletes improve in whatever sport the play. Athletes will improve their strength, quickness, agility and overall conditioning.
Very few programs exist that focus on female athletes. It's really a shame since there are so many more girls that participate in sports than ever before.
Goals: Maybe your goal is to just catch up performance wise with the rest of your teammates or maybe you are trying to get a scholarship to college... either way you need focused training outside of your daily practice especially in the off-season, where most gains in performance happens.
We have trainers that focus just on young female athletes. They've played the sports and are very knowledgeable about how to increase performance.
