Hey,
I developed my programs for 2 reasons. The first was because there were so many women who wanted to compete in figure but didn't have a trainer and did not know how to prepare for a show. Story after story I was told of women who spend many hundreds or thousands of dollars on trainers (many times online trainers) with no results to show for it. My programs were designed to take you step-by-step, week by week toward your first... or next competition.
The second reason I developed my programs was for the trainers who wanted to train competitors but didn't know much about competition diets, training or posing. They were frustrated because competition dieting and training is a lot different than what you do with regular clients.
The two programs above have been responsible for training thousands of fitness/figure competitors at all levels in many different countries. These are the same techniques, diets etc., that I follow everyday when I train competitors.
I have complete confidence that they will work for you!
