Better With Age
This is a program designed for seniors who are looking to improve balance, the strength of their bones, muscles and core stability.
Functional Movement. A big part of this program will focus on Functional Movements.These are movements that we do everyday that help us function better (such as walking up and down stairs or getting up out of a chair).
- These classes are easily modified for each individual. So if you have sore knees, shoulder pain or lower back problems, we can just adjust the workouts so that you can do the things that are most comfortable to you.
