Perform Burpees up and down the Ladder. The weight vest not only makes the Pushups and Jump Squats more difficult. It will also increase your heart rate, making this an excellent cardio exercise.

Lateral Jumps Lunges |
A really good glute and quad exercise. The sideways movement jumps place even more stress to the glute muscle. Push through the heel the forward foot to further activate the glute muscle.

Using a band makes the glutes work even harder because you have to exert continuous tension against the band throughout this entire exercise. Sure you push off you heels to get the glutes totally activated.

Rotation Jumps with the bands is really difficult because you have to keep constant tension on the band. This tension combined with rotation really give you an excellent thigh and glute workout.

Ladder Medicine Ball Jumps

Here are two basic Medicine Ball jump exercises using the ladder. Don't be fooled these will give your quads a great workout. The Twisting Jumps will work the glutes a little more than the straight jumps. Alternate these two exercises until your quads are exhausted.
