Agility Ladder 2
Agility Ladder Progression + Medicine Ball Progression
This is a medicine ball progression up and down the ladder. There is a heavier medicine ball at each end. So as your legs become exhausted with each pass, the exercise becomes harder because the balls get heavier. See if you can complete 4 passes without stopping.

Agility Ladder Progression 2
Here is another progression with a heavier medicine ball at the end of each pass down the ladder. Just like the previous progression as you become more exhausted the medicine balls get heavier. These progressions are great for cardio.

Jump Lunges + Lunge Press
This is both an upper and lower body Agility Ladder exercise. Holding a Db at shoulder height perform a Lateral Lunge Jump. Land in a lunge position then immediately perform a Db Lunge Press. It may take a few tries to get your balance correct because there is a lot going on here.
Agility Ladder Walkover Pushups
A good upper body and core workout. Try to land with your feet flat in the box. For added difficulty wear a weight vest.

Ladder Workout: Lateral Lunge Jumps w/Medicine Ball
Jump Lunge using just one leg in each direction. When jumping to the right use your right leg as the lead leg and when jumping from right to left, use your left leg. There is also a Jump Squat in between each Jump Lunge. As always, push through your heels when jumping. This is a real glute killer.
