Db Squat Curl + Jump Squats
|
This workouts consist of 10 Dumbbell Squat Curls followed immediately by 10 Jump Squats. The idea is to do as many cycles as you can until you are exhausted. These types of workouts will help you lose body fat while also maintaining your existing muscle.

Db Squat Press + Cable Squat Row w/Jump Squats
|
This will workout consists of Dumbbell Squat Presses combined with Cable Squat Rows Jump Squats. Perform six squat roles without jumping in the next six added jump squats to for a total of 12 reps. When that person is done then you switch exercises.

Boxing + Pushups
|
Boxing is a great cardio exercise. In this partner workout, perform 10 Pushups and 100 punches. Continue for 7 cycles. Boxing can be combined with many exercises such as Mountain Climbers, Lunges, Air Squats etc., to create some awesome calorie burning workouts.

Battle Ropes + Db Squat Curls
|
In this workout the 'switcher' (the person who determines when you switch exercises) does 100 reps with the Battle Ropes with and the partner does Dumbbell Squat Curls. The person doing the ropes will also do Jump Squats throughout.

Up Down Planks + Dinosaur Exercise
|
Start out with Up Down Planks for one minute. Follow by Dinosaurs. When performing Dinosaurs the goal is to raise your hands off the floor before your feet land. It looks easy but it takes some practice. The up down planks really give your core a good workout.

Pushups + Drop Sets (shoulder press)
|
(1) Start out with a set of 10 push-ups then (2) proceed immediately to drop sets of Dumbbell Presses. Start with the heaviest weight and max out reps, (3) then proceed to the next heaviest set of dumbbells and max out reps - (4) do this for one more set. You will need 3 sets of dumbbells for this. End with a set of maximum rep push-ups. Your arms will be exhausted. Rest 90 sec and repeat.

Squat Holds + Jump Squats
|
This combination does not look very tough, until you try it. Your legs will start burning after first few rounds. Try to go up to 10 like in the video.
