Interval Training + Pushups +
Jump Squats |
Very intense Cardio workout. An Interval track workout combined with resistance exercises. Perform 4 cycles of 12 Jump Squats and 10 Pushups immediately before your track interval. This will burn a ton of calories.

Medicine Ball Press + Sprints
|
This cardio workout consists of medicine ball presses followed by short sprints. Continue this exercise combination for 20 minutes and your cardio workout is done for the day!

Boxing + Jump Squats +
Db Squat Press |
This fat loss circuit consists of 4 rounds of 100 Punches alternated with Jump Squats. After those 4 rounds you do 1 minute of Db Squat Presses. Repeat for 20 minutes. This will really elevate your heart rate immediately and keep it up there, so that you're burning fat the entire time.

Boxing + Pushups

Your arms will be jello after this workout: 12 Pushups followed by 1 minute of continuous punching on the bag. See how many rounds you can do before your arms give out.

Db Superstars
|
Db Superstars are probably the most hated exercise that we do. I don't know why, but one thing I do know is that this exercise is great for weight loss. Your upper and lower body works hard during superstars. The more you use your legs the heavier the dumbbells you can use, which means the more calories you will burn.

Lateral Jump Lunges + Broad Bumps
|
This is a thigh killer. Start with 90 sec of Lateral Jump Lunges + Followed by 90 sec of Broad Jumps (you may want to use a heavier medicine ball for broad jumps).

Riser Cardio Workout

Drop Squats and Pushups off the riser makes for a great upper body, lower body and cardio workout.
